Deer Valley, UT

Michele & I took the kids skiing in Deer Valley, Utah for Easter Weekend. The weather was great and we had a wonderful time. We can't wait to go back next year!

Brandon & Justin's Hockey Practice / Game

I took some shots from Brandon & Justin's hockey practice and game over the weekend. The lighting conditions at an ice rink can be challenging for taking pictures, but I think I got a few good shots.

Florida Caverns

Michele and I took the kids to Marianna, Florida for the day to see the only dry caverns in Florida. The weather was beautiful and we had a great time.

Bike Week / Daytona Beach

Kent & I rode our motorcycles over to Daytona for Bike Week 2008. The trip over was a comedy of errors. The plan was to ride North from Tampa, hit some twisty roads, and take the scenic route. As we approached Ocala, the skies opened up and we got SOAKED! We camped out at a Sonny's BBQ until the rain stopped, and then opted to take the quickest route to the hotel. Soon after we got back on the road, we hit a huge traffic jam --it was stop & go for almost an hour. Next, Kent & I got separated at a toll-booth and it took a while for us to coordinate via cell phone and get back together. Finally, we made it to the hotel --8 hours after we left Tampa! It was rainy & windy most of the weekend. We made the best of it and generally had a fun time taking it all in.

Fun at the Farm

We took the kids out to the Farm to ride their dirt bikes and play with their cousins. I snapped a few action shots with my new telephoto zoom lens.

Key West

Justin had a couple days off school, so I took him & Cameron to Key West to go fishing. Brandon had school, so he couldn't join us. I caught a 70 lb Tarpon and the boys both caught a bunch of smaller fish.

Flagler Beach

We flew to Flagler Beach for the day with my parents to visit friends Bob & Linda Shellhouse.

Stouffer Family Visit

Michele's uncle Emory and his family visited us here in Tampa right after Christmas. We flew down to Key West for the day and spent another day at the Farm in Plant City.
